What Data Can Be Deleted

Data we collect through our website that can be deleted includes:

• Contact form submissions (name, email, message content)
• Any correspondence you've had with us via email

Note: Website analytics data collected through PostHog is anonymized and cannot be linked back to individual users for deletion purposes.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@buba.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
2. In your email, please include:
   • The email address you used to contact us
   • Approximate date(s) of your contact form submission(s)
   • Any other identifying information that will help us locate your data
3. We will verify your identity and process your request

Processing Timeline

We will process data deletion requests within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days of receiving your request. We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

• Your contact form submissions will be permanently removed from our systems
• Associated email correspondence will be deleted
• We will retain only what is necessary for legal compliance (if any)

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate legal purposes. If this applies to your request, we will inform you.
